FAE and CAP 2 Examination Results
FAE 2013 Examination Results The FAE 2013 examination results will be published on Friday 22nd November. Please click here for details on what to expect on FAE Results Day.Successful candidates who have also secured the required quantum of experience can find details on applying for membership at http://www.charteredaccountants.ie/Members/Your-Institute/Apply-for/Admissions-to-Membership/). Students who wish to avail of our appeals process can apply to do so through the online application form at https://www.charteredaccountants.ie/en/General/Shop/. CAP 2 Autumn 2013 Examination Results The CAP 2 Autumn 2013 examination results will be published on Friday 29th November. Information on what to expect on CAP 2 results day will be notified to candidates and published on the student site closer to the exam publication date.
Students can access the results via the student portal. Firms can access the results of their students under training contract via the website. Best of luck to everyone who is waiting for results.
CAP 1 - DEBK Assessment Window Now Open
Book Collection - Final Date
The final date for students training in one of the larger accountancy practices in Dublin to collect books is Saturday 7th December. Students can collect their books between 11.00am – 1.00pm in CA House, 47 - 49 Pearse St, Dublin 2. Students who have recently enrolled to one of our course programmes and are not training with a firm registered to the book collection process will receive delivery of their books within 10 days of enrolment.
Registration Letters Notice
Non-EU students who are registered under training contract may require letters of verification for the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB). Requests for these letters should made at least 2 weeks in advance the date they are required. Chartered Accountants Ireland deliver these letters directly to the GNIB office on a weekly basis. We cannot guarantee the timely delivery of letters that are requested outwith of this notice period.
Attendance Monitoring App - Hints and Tips
By now the majority of students will have used the Attendance Monitoring App to record their attendance at lecturers. Here are some useful hints and tips for using the app:- Be sure your phone is set to allow location based functionality.
- To check-in in, type checkin.charteredaccountants.ie into your browser bar.
- Passwords are case-sensitive, be sure your auto-correct function does not change it for you!
- If you are having difficulties checking in, clear the cookies from your phone and try again.
Download the Attendance Monitoring App User Guide Now Students who do not have a smart phone, can check-in using the dedicated PCs in CA House Dublin and Belfast.
Student Travel Card 2013/2014
Students that are currently in a training contract with an authorised training firm, are eligible to avail of the student travel card. The card is available at a cost of €12 and offers exclusive discounts with Irish Rail, Dublin Bus, DART, LUAS, Bus Éireann as well as offering over 200 retail discounts nationwide.Download the Application Form Here Students wishing to apply for the travel card must complete and submit the application form, with photos, directly to the Institute at: Admissions Unit Chartered Accountants Ireland Chartered Accountants House 47-49 Pearse St Dublin 2
