Upcoming Forum

The Education and Assessment of Financial Reporting Competencies Chartered Accountants Ireland will hold a forum on “the education and assessment of financial reporting competencies” during 2012. An online survey will be circulated in advance of the forum, to ascertain views and obtain commentary.

The Sovereign Debt Crisis, a Matter of Urgency—from Lessons to Reform

The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the global organization for the accountancy profession, will be holding a global seminar in March 2012 on the ongoing sovereign debt crisis. The seminar takes place from 19-20 March 2012 in Vienna.
